Recently, I interviewed Paul Martin regarding what his insider sources were saying regarding about an impending bio-weapon attack upon the US. During the course of the interview, Martin mentioned that the mercenaries associated with the operation were required to have satellite phones because all other phones/communication would be down. The following paragraphs speak to a probable beta test along these lines that was conducted last week.  If you have not heard the Martin interview, here it is again. Understanding the Martin report, in regard to the total loss of communication prior to a bio-weapons attack is essential in understanding this report.

Beginning on Thursday of last week, I have received several emails from people who lost all communications from the Texas/New Mexico border in which the people lost multiple forms of communication. Below is one of these communications.

Dave, recently our very rural phone co-op sold their cell phone division to ATT.  Not wanting to go with them, we tried XIT just over the border in Texas. (We are in N.M.) XIT told us they already have been taken over by ATT, so we reluctantly decided to go through our co-op, into the ATT quagmire. On Wed of this week, early morning, our internet went down. Hubby checked the router,and said it seemed to be o.k. so he called the company to report the outage.  The phone was also down.  Then he used the cell phone, and got through to them.  They said they had no idea what the problem was, but it affected the entire northern area, and that many people had also lost cell service.  A few seconds later I tried calling my daughter on my cell and got a display on the phone that said “service unavailable”.  It lasted a couple of hours or so, and really brought home to me that it was nearly as bad as an EMP. I was unable to check if the S.S. cheque was in the account- driving 30 miles into town to the Bank wouldn’t help as they would be unable to access the account too. It was scary not knowing if it was real, and not having a way to find out.  We think it was some kind of beta test. Very odd that both rural co-ops were taken over by ATT.  Our closest neighbors are well over a mile away and we depend on our phones to stay in touch. Reading your article about the sat phones and the bio-hazard situation prompted me to let you know about this. I have always felt that taking down communications would be one of the first things they would do.  Thanks for all your reporting on it all – stay safe!!

One of the other emails that I received also detailed how they were temporarily unable to use their debit card to purchase gasoline. Interestingly, short wave radio and CB communications seemed to remain operational.

As I investigated these outages, I found a very interesting fact. ATT is not reporting any outages in the areas from which I received emails on (North Texas and across the border in New Mexico) for either August 31 or September 1st. I have four emails that state otherwise!

ATT’s Hostile Takeover of XIT

I am highly suspicious that ATT is part of the Paul Martin conspiracy report and I would not be surprised if the complicity for what is coming, including the suspension of all/most communications, does not involve all the telecoms. The XIT takeover by ATT, mentioned in the accompanying email, was very much a hostile takeover as evidenced by the following banner.

Coincidence or Conspiracy?

Some will dismiss this as merely a coincidence. For this to be a coincidence, we would have to accept that multiple sources of communication would simultaneously be impacted. Even the most ardent coincidence theorist would be hard-pressed to relegate these happenings as merely a set of coinciding random events.

In light of the Paul Martin report, it is difficult to believe that this was not a beta test for what is coming.

A word to the wise, if you have not finished your preparations (i.e. food, water, guns and ammo as well as previous metals and forming personal alliances, now would be the time.
