There always seemed to be something sinister about how the MSM and law enforcement went out of their way to avoid investigating how a DNC data analyst was murdered just days before Wikileaks started publishing internal emails leaked from the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign, where any mention or logical questions as to whether Rich was involved with the leaks were treated as insane “conspiracy” theories.

It was called a robbery attempt yet nothing was taken from the victim. Wikileaks offered a 20K reward for information leading to an arrest in the Rich murder, the very same day that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange spoke publicly about the “risks” leakers take, right before using Rich as an example of those risks.

The case being investigated by the DC police seemed to go cold until a former homicide detective, Rod Wheeler, hired as a private investigator to run a parallel investigation into the murder went on Fox News and said that there were tens of thousands of emails on Rich’s computer that he had sent to Wikileaks, immediately followed by a Washington Post story that was meant to discredit any talk of a Rich/Wikileaks connection by labeling it a “conspiracy,” but instead blew up the Internet.

Fox News was forced to remove the story. Sean Hannity who highlighted it, was forced to stop talking about it and now there is talk of him either leaving Fox News or being fired because of it. Seth Rich’s cousin even tweeted that he was killed because he knew something, just to be reprimanded publicly by another member of the family, then deleting his tweeted assertion, but screen shots were captured before it could be disappeared.

A HUGE PUZZLE PIECE HAS JUST BEEN PUBLISHED – IT IS A SMOKING GUN

One of the conflicting pieces of information was that the FBI somehow had some type of part in the investigation, specifically in finding files on Rich’s computer that directly connected him to being the source of the DNC leaks to Wikileaks, yet the media reported the FBI was not investigating the case.

Well, Joe Biggs, over at Borerland Alternative Media just solved that conflict after obtaining heavily redacted FBI memo, where the majority of it is blacked out but the portions that can be seen clearly show the date, July 15th, just five days after Richs murder, and just days before Wikileaks started releasing the leaked emails. The memo also references Wikileaks, the DNC, “src” laptop, (the victims name was Seth Conrad Rich= SCR) as well as the letters “set” with three spaces blacked out (redacted) then “ich.”

According to Biggs, it is true the FBI was not investigating Rich’s murder at that time, but the FBI was called in by the DC police to unlock the lap top and obtained the information held on it for the DC police, which in turn generated a technician’s memo regarding the work done.

At the bottom right it has code that can be used to look up the official FBI memo SCRDC-408

What that code means is name of person being looked into. “SCR” Seth Conrad Rich. Location “DC” with “408” documents. Any FBI Memo, if it’s a target of an investigation will show a code that can be used by journalists to request a FOIA. So FOIA experts can use that code and obtain a less redacted version.

On July 15, the date on the FBI memo, Wikileaks had not started releasing the DNC emails yet, emails which it is prudent to mention, resulted in former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz being forced to step down from her DNC position.
