Late last night, U.S. Senato Rand Paul reintroduced the Obamacare repeal legislation passed by Congress in 2015 as an amendment to the American Healthcare Act of 2017 [HR 1628].  The Obamacare Repeal Reconciliation Act [Amendment No. 271] will be voted on by the Senate today.
