Last week a car was stopped for speeding near San Jose, CA. The officer, from the Campbell Police Department, asked for a license and registration paperwork, but when the passenger, a black man who was on his way to work, went to get paperwork, which was under his seat, the cop pulled out his gun and told the man to keep his hands where he could see them.
