Probably the most harmful of microwave technologies (millimeter waves—mm) are being proposed in front of homes and other buildings in the State of California and to be erected at the whim of cellular businesses and networks with no input from citizens as to placement or concerns about health issues.

California Bill SB649 has a public’s comment page where your comments will be entered into the public record at the August 23, 2017 Appropriations Committee hearing.  If California enacts SB649, you can be certain similar laws will spread across the country.
