On Friday, House Speaker and perennial nuisance Paul Ryan spoke out against Donald Trump’s alleged plans to scrap DACA. Appearing on a radio station in his hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin, Paul Ryan urged Trump to reconsider ending the program. DACA, short for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, allows over 800,000 illegal aliens to remain in the United States. And, contrary to what the name would suggest, the average age for DACA applicants is 20-years-old. Ryan instead asked President Trump to allow the American legislative branch to handle the program, stating, “I believe that this is something that Congress has to fix.” But given Congress’ inability to repeal Obamacare – a stated Republican goal since the Affordable Healthcare Act was passed – this would be a great way to ensure DACA…
