The Utah police have issued an apology after a video went viral of one of their own assaulting a nurse after she refused to draw blood from a patient who was unconscious at the University Hospital. The incident is alleged to have occurred at the end of July and the video shows the nurse, Alex Wubbels , being arrested by officer Jeff Payne.
