At least 13 people are dead and two missing after a collision off the South Korean city of Incheon on Sunday, AP reported citing the local coast guard. A South Korean fishing boat reportedly collided with a refueling vessel and capsized. Seven people were rescued from the 9.8-ton capsized boat, which was carrying 20 passengers and two sailors, with the vessel’s captain among the two missing.
