If you’re waiting for government scientists and agencies to provide us all with a united and clear indication of exactly how much cell phone and wireless radiation is potentially harming you and your loved ones, plan to wait longer. So far, they haven’t been able to even agree among themselves.
Regardless, Silicon Valley parents apparently aren’t waiting for consensus:
New York Times 2011: “A Silicon Valley School That Doesn’t Compute”
New York Times 2014: “Steve Jobs Was a Low-Tech Parent”
And with good reason — we’ve already been through this with
There’s an old saying, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” You can’t watch TV or listen to the radio without seeing or hearing commercials produced by law firms alerting us to contact them immediately in regard to class action lawsuits being filed on victims’ behalf because of products once labeled “safe” but eventually were discovered to be “unsafe.”
Recent headlines included how we’ve been duped by
Lawsuits have been filed by many U.S. municipal and state governments against pharmaceutical companies because of the current Opioid Addiction Crisis.
Many of us have not been questioning how cell phones and other wireless radiation-emitting devices operate. We have assumed that they must be safe for us to own and use freely or there would be clear warnings put on their packaging – like what’s been done with tobacco products.
Safety standards testing for cell phones and other sources of wireless radiation have been performed on plastic mannequin heads and body parts for over 20 years now. They were created when we didn’t use cell phones, etc. for long periods of time and we weren’t being exposed to multiple sources of wireless radiation simultaneously.
Current safety testing and standards haven’t been updated in over 20 years.
Despite this – all of the wireless radiation emitting devices that we can buy for our personal use STILL come with some type of warnings in their manuals which many of us either don’t read or can’t find in the manuals.
Last year, Dr. Oz featured at least one segment on Genetically Modified Salmon being produced for consumption. He and his expert guests warned us about what some are calling “Frankenfish.” Safety testing was conducted on 6 fish and there were some red flags. It still passed the FDA standards and is being sold in some grocery stores though some chains refused to carry it.
For almost 10 years, Dr. Oz has warned us – off and on – to exercise caution in regard to cell phones because of wireless radiation – despite lack of consensus among scientists.
Unfortunately, nowadays, Dr. Oz sometimes promotes “smart” products – even for babies and young children. These products also emit the same wireless radiation as cell phones. Maybe Dr. Oz and his staff are also guilty of not reading manuals.
For those who are old enough to remember, there weren’t always warnings on tobacco products either and scientists couldn’t agree how harmful these products were – if at all…
