US pundits and the media outlets that listen to them are aghast at what Donald Trump is doing on China trade and the North Korea deal.

He’s a moron!  He’s getting played!  More importantly, he’s not listening to us!

One of the most surprising developments in the Trump administration is that after a year of flailing it appears that Team Trump has gotten something of a handle on the insider leaking and backbiting that livened up US media coverage at the beginning of the Trump term.

Now, instead of insider dirt, we’re getting…outsider dirt!

Trump’s intentions on China and North Korea are opaque enough that experts, pundits, and media outlets are throwing whatever they can into the void in an attempt to fill it.

We’re not just getting speculation and malicious speculation to fill pages and move clicks.

We’re also getting disinformation put out by anti-Trump policy advocates to sabotage the North Korean peace gambit and shape the US-China trade war, and it’s being printed as established fact by the NeverTrump media.
