Why are 50% of the Bay area billionaires building underground bunkers? What do they know that we don’t?

Underground bunkers are a common part of the Continuity of Government program which allow the upper echelon to move to positions of safety in anticipation of a crisis, while the “working stiffs”  are left to fend for themselves.

The most famous of these deep underground bunkers is near Colorado Springs at Cheyenne Mountain facility. This is the eyes and ears of our defense. The facillity has been portrayed in many TV shows and movies, the most famous was the popular 10-year series Stargate SG-1.

The creation of these underground structure is both a federal and a private set of endeavors. It would appear that the government and the elite knows that something bad is coming and they are trying to get out of harm’s way.

This former NORAD command is still active. The Cheyenne Mountain facility is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Cheyenne Mountain Complex is a large military base and also serves as a sheleter against a nuclear attack.  It features sophisticated oxygen systems to prevent the penetration of radiation which could contamiate air and water supplies.

The complex was constructed under 760 meters of solid granite and contains numerous buildings secured by 25-ton blast doors. This design was accompanied by an abundance of flexible springs, which allows the buildings to shift without collapsing.

This facility was created at the height of the Cold War. It is designed to survive anything. It’s existence is understandable and probably required under the Continuity of Government programs.  However, what is not comprehensible are the number of elite who are contructing a poor man’s version of Cheyenne Mountain.

In 2017, CNN published the following:

Many of the world’s elite, including hedge fund managers, sports stars and tech executives (Bill Gates is rumored to have bunkers at all his properties) have chosen to design their own secret shelters to house their families and staff.

Gary Lynch, general manager of Texas-based Rising S Company, says 2016 sales for their custom high-end underground bunkers grew 700% compared to 2015, while overall sales have grown 300% since the November US presidential election alone…

Do you see the entrance to this Deep Underground Bunker pictured above in the video? In 2012, I had a friend whose brother was contracted by DHS to seal the entrances to these structures and they were federal structures. In other words, his job was to make these facillities obscure to the public. The operation was highly classified.

Along the same lines, Paul Martin has told the story on The Common Sense Show of how a rancher had acquired new ranching land in Eastern Colorado. When he was out surverying the land, black SUV’s containing men with automatic weapons emerged from a structure similar to what is pictured above and told the man that this part of his land, was no longer his land and he was not to come back.

The late talk show host, Joshua Coy, who was broadcsting on WYDE FM in Birmingham, AL., told me in an interview, on The Common Sense Show, he was getting callers from N. Alabama with similiar stories to what Paul Martin related with regard to the isolation of part of private land on large ranches and the people were warned off of coming into the area and they contained entrances to presumably deep underground structures.

These private underground bunkers proliferate on the west coast of California. What do they know that we do not? Clearly, the federal government and the elite in the know, are aware of something coming our way. We can only speculate with the information on hand. However, since it is California, the potential for widespread organized violence breaking out is great and it would be best if the elite were able to get out of the way.

One other possibility looms as Kilauea becomes more threatening and if the sea side of the volcano collapses, it could trigger a massive tsunami that would hit California. However, at this point, this is just speculation. Clearly, however, something serious is coming.
