Israel & Myanmar Agree To ‘Correct’ Each Other’s History
Israel and Myanmar have entered an Orwellian-like pact in order to teach the children of Myanmar about the Holocaust, anti-Semitism and xenophobia.
They have agreed that each state can edit passages concerning their own history in the other state’s history textbooks.
An education cooperation agreement was signed on Monday which outlines how they will work together to “develop programs for the teaching of the Holocaust and its lessons of the negative consequences of intolerance, racism, Anti-Semitism and xenophobia as a part of the school curriculum in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.”
