Juve managed to carve out a comfortable 2-0 win at home to Lazio, making it two victories from as many games this season, claiming maximum points along the way.

However, while Miralem Pjanic and Mario Mandzukic were on the scoresheet for the Series A champions, Ronaldo again couldn't find the net having drawn a blank in his debut away to Chievo.

It was Pjanic who put 'The Old Lady' in front on the half hour mark, unleashing a sweet strike low into the corner before Croatian World Cup finalist Mandzukic doubled Juve's lead in the second half, and that was the way the game stayed, without Ronaldo being able to find a way goal wards. 

Ronaldo, 33, became the highest scorer in Real Madrid's history, during a nine-year stint at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, but will have to look to Juve's next game with Parma to break his duck.
