Guys, I’m going to be honest.

I’m a bit overwhelmed by the amount of information I’m about to send your way.

What’s come of this research is so massive, so earth-shattering, the sheer scope of it all boggles the mind.

This could EASILY end up being the largest article I ever write on the site, and to truly understand all the implications of what I’m about to say, you’ll have to be one of my longer-term followers. Needless to say, I never, not in a million years, thought my research would lead me here.

Searching Sean Owen, Anon quickly discovered that the company he had founded, Myrrix, had been bought up by another, Cloudera:

Cloudera is a machine learning company that was previously funded by the CIA, through In-Q-Tel and based in London.

If you need background on In-Q-Tel, at its most basic, it’s like a technology incubator that provides seed money for start-ups… except it’s run by the CIA for… CIA purposes. The CBTS pdf has a great section on the whole thing:

So yeah, you’re dealing with the CIA now.

And this isn’t even hidden, “conspiratorial” stuff. It’s right out there, on the CIA’s own website:

The origins of the concept that has become In-Q-Tel are traceable to Dr. Ruth David, a former CIA Deputy Director for Science and Technology. She and her Deputy, Joanne Isham, were the first senior Agency officials to understand that the information revolution required the CIA to forge new partnerships with the private sector and design a proposal for radical change. The timing of the proposal was fortuitous. The Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), George Tenet, had just launched his Strategic Direction initiative that included technology as one of its areas for review. The study made a direct link between the Agency’s future technology investments and improving its information gathering and analysis capabilities.

By the summer of 1998, the Agency had assembled a few senior Agency staff employees with an entrepreneurial bent and empowered them to take Dr. David’s original concept and flesh it out. Aided by a consulting group and a law firm, they devoted the next four months to making the rounds in Silicon Valley and elsewhere, putting the concept through the wringer. Much of the time was spent listening. Many they met with were often critical of one aspect or another of the concept. But, whether they were venture capitalists, Chief Executive Officers (CEO), Chief Technical Officers (CTO) or congressmen and staffers, they all eagerly immersed themselves in spirited debates that enriched the Agency team and drove the concept in new directions.

By the end of 1998, the Agency team reached a point at which the concept seemed about right. Though it had changed considerably from that which had been proposed initially by Dr. David, it remained true to its core principles. It was time to hand the product of the Agency’s work over to someone in the private sector with the experience and passion necessary to start the Corporation. To the delight of the DCI and the Agency team, Mr. Norman Augustine, a former CEO of Lockheed-Martin and four-time recipient of the Department of Defense’s highest civilian award, the Distinguished Service Medal, accepted the challenge. By February 1999, the Corporation was established as a legal entity, and in March it received its first contract from the Agency. In-Q-Tel was in business, charged with accessing information technology (IT) expertise and technology wherever it exists and bringing it to bear on the information management challenges facing the Agency.

The CIA funded Cloudera through In-Q-Tel.

Cloudera bought out Myrrix, for whom Sean Owen had written his algorithms.

Sean Owen then helped Franklin Leonard rewrite the algorithms for blcklst.com.

This raises a harrowing question for me: Is In-Q-Tel invested in blcklst.com?

What connections does the CIA have to Franklin Leonard?

What role does the CIA have in determining what scripts, what narratives, get plucked from obscurity and promoted on the national stage?

In the previous article, we already covered how The Blacklist was utilized to promote the works of media-connected people like #RapeEnabler Noah Oppenheim, who effectively shielded Harvey Weinstein from damaging stories for a year (even as what looks like a extended family member interned at the Weinstein company). We saw how Graham Moore’s work was promoted – and how he has heavy ties to the Obama inner circle, through his mother, Susan Sher (best friends with Valerie Jarrett, and one of the women who not only originally hired Michelle Obama in Chicago, but helped introduce Barack to Michelle). And then combine that with Leonard’s verifiable ties to Soros-funded organizations, including the work he did for MoveOn.org… Yeah…

The more I look at this “Black List” system, the more heinous it looks.

But the story doesn’t end there. Oh no!

And these are the connections Anon was so good at making, because he looked at every single one of these people, and their organizations… And he thinks he found something.

I tend to agree.

Looking into Martin Cole’s LinkedIn, you’ll notice something:

Chairman of the board, International Cruise and Excursions, Inc. (ICE for short). They have partnerships with Virgin, AT&T, Hilton, etc.

And they were founded by John and Marcia Rowley…

Marcia is also on the board of the Christel House, an organization which operates schools globally, for underprivileged kids:

To directly quote Anon:

So who is Christel DeHann?

Only one of the most wealthy women in the US you’ve never heard of before.

Although she grew up struggling in post World War II Germany, in 1996 Christel DeHaan (born October 20, 1942 in Nördlingen, Germany) became one of the wealthiest women in the United States when, at the age of fifty-four, she sold her company, Resort Condominiums International (RCI), for $825 million (approximately 1.2 billion in 2010 USD)

An opportunity to make a significant difference came in 1998. After DeHaan had sold RCI in 1996, she had anticipated a quieter life, one in which she could once again engage in the arts, culture, community life and reestablish a closer relationship with her children, who had competed for her time while she ran RCI. She had planned on overseeing her family foundation and indulging in these pursuits she had long enjoyed but had previously had little time for. Thus, she had a personal plan, but that personal plan still didn’t fulfill her yearning to accomplish something greater. After all, she was only in her mid-fifties at this time. And then came “the call” one day in January 1998 that changed her life and the lives of thousands of others. She found her purpose.

The call, from a man who had operated her Latin American division of RCI, was about a Franciscan nun by the name of Mother Inez. Mother Inez was struggling to care for a large number of orphans in Mexico City and she needed help. DeHaan was interested, but wanted to make sure her contribution would be well used if she was going to assist financially and decided to go to the orphanage herself.

In the children’s home in a crowded barrio of Mexico City she found approximately 130 children who came from households of extreme poverty. The facilities were woefully inadequate to feed, clothe, and care for the children. Babies slept in hammocks while toddlers slept two to a bed, head to toe. The playground was a 20 sq. ft. courtyard.

Mother Inez, DeHaan, and a small entourage next traveled to another location outside of Mexico City which housed dozens of abandoned adolescent boys. The facility had no running water, no electricity, and only meager offerings of food and clothing. The orphanage’s one bus was broken down, so the boys had to walk six miles one way to reach school.

An attorney for DeHaan’s Indianapolis foundation, who traveled with DeHaan, recalled, “We all cried. They were society’s throwaway kids, and it’s like she didn’t want to see them thrown away [anymore].”

DeHaan had earlier become sensitized to the crisis of poverty through first hand contact with it while running RCI. She had traveled around much of the globe to help others find their destination dream vacation. This frequently took her to some of the world’s finest resorts—beaches and mountains in scenic locations. But often times, near these locations of paradise, she found hovels, shanties, squalor, beggars, hungry children, and desperate parents.

From that encounter in Mexico, DeHaan knew she had the wealth to affect the lives of these children and more, but she knew that any means of assistance had to include a plan that went beyond feeding and clothing them for the time being. She later recalled: ”I stood there, [outside Mexico City], and I looked at these young boys and saw this picture 10 years forward. And I said, ‘I know what I am going to be doing.”

On her return trip from Mexico, DeHaan created a plan where she would establish boarding schools for the poorest of the poor in countries around the world. The schools, however, would also offer health care, counseling about parenting skills, and financial and job training. She wanted to equip the students to deal with a modern society and receive an education that would enable them to become a “change agent” not only for themselves but for their communities. She named the schools “Christel Houses” because she wanted the children to see them as a safe haven, a home, from the abject poverty and desperate conditions they came from. In looking at possible locations for her schools, she considers where the need is the greatest and where the laws are conducive to her establishing the schools.

The charity that she subsequently established is called “Christel House,” a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit foundation. It is infused with a holistic approach towards the problems of poverty. Each Christel House strives to promote the core values of respect, responsibility, independence, and integrity. DeHaan’s own personal motto has become synonymous with the organization: “to care, to share, to make a difference.” The charity’s philosophy is one of making each child gain the skills to become confident and self-reliant, basing its teaching on the well known philosophical statement by Maimonides: “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day; if you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”

Yeah, more alarm bells for me, too.

And yet, believe me, there’s much more to come.

Remember Obama’s buddy/promoter, Oprah Winfrey?

Remember how she opened that girl’s school in South Africa?

DeHann was one of the first people she contacted when first pursing that goal.

DeHaan’s groundbreaking efforts to alleviate poverty and lack of opportunity through education have not gone unnoticed. For example, media celebrity Oprah Winfrey, prior to opening her own Leadership Academy for Girls south of Johannesburg, South Africa, consulted with DeHaan.

You’ll also recall the subsequent sex scandals at Oprah’s school:

And just to bring this back around fir a moment, would it then shock you to learn that there are indeed ties between Tchaiko Omawale and Oprah Winfrey?

After entering her hackneyed Lesbo-coming-of-age story that can only be described as a waste of celluloid, called Solace, into the Women in Film competition, she placed first in the 2016 Film Finishing Fund:

Was this an actual win? Or was this one Cabal-affiliated member patting another Cabal-affiliated member on the back?

Hard to say.

But back to Peter McDermott for a bit.

Those eagle-eyed among you will have noticed that McDermott is actually no longer at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. No! He’s actually got two current positions. One, as Director at Fajara Associates, and another as Chair of the Board : Positive Action For Children Fund (PACF).

Yup, another Children’s fund.

Viiv Healthcare works in the area of AIDS/HIV treatment and previously teamed up with Save the Children in 2010.

In 2012, Peter Dalgish teamed up with Save the Children, merging his project, Street Kids International, with Save the Children.

Dalgish was a Canadian UN official whose NGO worked all across the 3rd world, in places like Sudan and Boliva…

Oh, and he was arrested this year in Nepal for trafficking children.

UNICEF gave Dalgish’s org a prize in 1996, for a short film they produced called Goldtooth.

But don’t think for a moment that Save the Children walked away from this with clean hands. No, they’re crimes are still being exposed:

Save the Children is to suspend bidding for UK government funding in the wake of the scandal over alleged sexual abuse and inappropriate behaviour by staff in the charity sector.

The announcement follows the launch of a Charity Commission inquiry into the handling of sexual harassment allegations against two senior Save the Children executives in 2012 and 2015.

Kevin Watkins, the charity’s chief executive, said the reports of the incidents made his “stomach churn” and he was fully committed to implementing the changes needed.

The NGO, which has been one of the largest recipients of Department for International Development (DfID) funding, secured contracts worth £91m from the UK government in 2016 alone, according to last year’s annual report.

DfID funding for another NGO, Oxfam, was suspended earlier this year after it was accused of covering up claims that staff used sex workers while delivering aid to Haiti in 2011.

(Notice the DFID again? Same Government agency that worked with CIFF).

The National gives us some numbers:

Data collected by the Daily Mail showed that Save the Children, the London-based NGO which promotes children’s rights across the world, were made aware of 176 incidents in three years involving potential abuse of children by its staff. The newspaper said only a fraction of these incidents were reported to police.

The woman currently running Save the Children is one Helle Thorning-Schmidt:

And yes, she was the 26th Prime Minister of Denmark, serving from 2011-2015, before becoming the chief executive of Save the Children in 2016.

She also serves on the European Council on Foreign Relations, which connects us back to…

Since when do NGOs ostensibly founded to help resolve crises work to manufacture them??

And I hate to break it to ya, but this kind of thing has been going on for a very long time. Recall Q’s admonition from August:

And nowhere is this seen more clearly than in the wake of the Haitian earthquake:

The 2010 Haiti earthquake was followed by one of the great­est financial outpourings of sympathy in human history. The money given was nothing short of spectacular. All totaled, corporations and individ­uals would donate $3.1 billion to help Haiti earthquake victims. Foreign gov­ernments pledged another $10 billion in aid. To put it into global perspec­tive, all global disaster aid from private sources and from developed world governments amounted to $19 billion in 2010. That’s all the aid given for international disasters by every country on earth, from China to the U.S. to Sweden; and $13.1 billion of it went to Haiti. And it was donated in the midst of the worst recession since the Great Depression.

Had it been handed over to the Haitian government it would have paid for thirteen years of the country’s national budget ($965 million in 2009). But it was not handed over to the Haitian government. Or rather, in that first year after the earthquake, the Haitian government got one percent of it. The other 99 percent of the money went to NGOs, among them Save the Children, the Red Cross, CARE International, Catholic Relief Services, Concern World­wide, Mercy Corps, Food for the Poor, and Feed the Hungry; it went to UN agencies such as UNICEF and the World Food Program; and it went to private humanitarian aid contractors, such as United States’ Chemonics and Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI).

The squandering and waste began almost immediately. The United Nations World Food Program (WFP) rented two luxury cruise ships, complete with maids and waiters. It was, at a cost $16.6 million for 90 days, a fee that Fox News investigators later discovered to be three times greater than its market value. Disaster clean up companies from the U.S. partnered with the Haitian-born Israeli Consulate and the Haitian president’s wife to win hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts to clean up rubble. They charged $68 per square meter, three times the scandalous $23 per cubic meter of debris they charged the U.S. government for clean-up after Hurricane Katarina and five times the $14 per cubic meter that Sean Penn’s team was, at that very moment, charging for cleaning up rubble in Haiti.

The U.S. government would get billed an average cost of $5,265 per temporary shelter built for earthquake victims, a figure more expensive than any other humanitarian shelter in the world. Much more expensive. It was almost twice the cost of its nearest competitor, the developed country of Georgia where the UN paid $3,000 in 2009 for winterized cottages; it was five times the $910 cost that humanitarian organizations charged to provide a winterized temporary shelter to Afghanistan war refugees; and it was 18 times the $300 local cost in Haiti for materials to build a 12×10 foot shack with a concrete floor, plywood walls and corrugated metal roof.

Meanwhile, the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, which had raised $47 million for victims of the Haiti earthquake, would take $2 million of that money and give it in the form of a low interest loan to one of Haiti’s richest families—the Madsens—so they could complete the construction of a luxury hotel. And the Clinton Foundation, which had collected $34 million, would provide over 1,000 children with classroom-trailers that had levels of formaldehyde wood preservative so high they caused the children and teachers who occupied them to fall ill. The manufacturer of the trailer-classrooms turned out to be Clayton Homes, a U.S. company that had also sold formaldehyde-drenched mobile homes to FEMA in 2004 and that, at the very moment the Clinton Foundation had purchased the classrooms for Haiti, was being sued by Hurricane Katrina survivors.

The stories go on and on. The NGO Food for the Poor was building permanent houses in Haiti before the earthquake for $2,000 per home. After the earthquake, the U.S. govern­ment partnered with Food for the Poor to build 750 of what were essentially the same houses, but at a cost of $38,000 per house, 19 times the pre-earthquake costs. Red Cross CEO Gail McGovern said that $100 million of the $500 million given to the Red Cross would go to “provide tens of thousands of people with permanent homes.” Five years later NPR would report that the charity had built six permanent homes.

The International Federation of the Red Cross made an initial “emergency flash appeal” for $10 million to provide emergency assistance to 100,000 people. By January 30, three weeks after the quake, they were asking for $103 million to “assist up to 600,000 beneficiaries for a total of 3 years.” They would receive a total of $1.2 billion. That’s ten times what they had originally asked for. Save the Children originally called for $9.8 million in donations. When they reached that figure in a matter of weeks they raised their need to $20 million. By the end of the year they had collected $87 million, almost ten times their original request. World Vision asked for $3.8 million. But they then kept asking for more, and more, and more, until they had collected a total of $191 million. UNICEF originally called for $120 million. When they brought in $229 million in six months—almost double what they requested—they decided they needed another $127 million. Those are just a couple of examples. The NGOs and UN agencies were as a rule insatiable. In all post-earthquake Haiti, only Doctors Without Borders told donors they had enough money, and that was after bringing in a whopping $138 million. And it wasn’t just the big NGOs. Six months after the earthquake, musicians and performers were still coming out of retirement to do benefit concerts and school children were still setting up lemonade stands to help Haiti earthquake survivors.

Waste, fraud, and rampant abuse.

Oh, and celebrities “helped,” too – including some who have been “protesting the loudest.”

After that trip, he launched StillerStrong, an online campaign to fund the reconstruction of Save the Children’s Cévérine Community School on the outskirts of Maissade. “Education is one of the keys to ending the vicious cycle of global poverty,” Stiller explains. “And in Haiti schools become centers for access to water, food, and other basic needs.” The initiative, which garnered $350,000, involved the production of a series of comedic videos starring the likes of Conan O’Brien, Owen Wilson, Robert De Niro, and former president Bill Clinton.

Remember Conan’s Haiti episodes (ostensibly in response to Trump’s “sh*thole” comments)? Remember DeNiro’s “F*** Trump” tirade?

Yeah, you’re getting a clearer picture why, I think.

Over the years, Save the Children has been accused of being a front for the CIA. Initially, the accusation came to prominence after the raid on Osama Bin-Laden’s house in Pakistan

Save the Children last night denied that it had any links to the doctor who helped the CIA eliminate Osama bin Laden in the Pakistani city of Abbottabad last year, but admitted that rumours of an association may have contributed to its international staff being denied visas.

Many international aid groups in Pakistan are working in an atmosphere of deep suspicion, with their work and movement severely restricted following the emergence of the news last year about the doctor, Shakil Afridi, who was used by the CIA in the hunt for Osama bin Laden.

Dr Afridi was arrested by Pakistani authorities after it emerged he had run a fake vaccination programme on behalf of the CIA as part of efforts to track bin Laden. He helped in confirming the identity of the fugitive al-Qa’ida leader, before US Navy Seals launched a raid on his compound last May.

In 2015, the Pakistani government kicked the entire organization out of the country, saying:

“Their activities were being monitored since a long time. They were doing something which was against Pakistan’s interest.”

And then, out of nowhere this past year, in Afghanistan:

JALALABAD, Afghanistan (Reuters) – Four gunmen stormed an office of the Save the Children aid agency in the Afghan city of Jalalabad on Wednesday and battled security forces who surrounded the building, killing at least one person and wounding 11, officials said.

The attack began with a suicide car bomb outside the office, followed by gunmen entering the compound and fighting Afghan special forces, a spokesman for the government in the eastern province said.

Really? You need a suicide car bomb to attack a charitable organization?

I’m not saying random acts of terror don’t occur – especially in that part of the world – but let’s just assume for a moment that terrorists aren’t completely stupid and blindly throwing away their lives.

Justin Forsyth became chief executive of Save the Children in July 2012.

Forsyth is a former adviser to Tony Blair.

He is also a former communications director to Gordon Brown.

The former boss of Save the Children was Jasmine Whitbread, who previously worked for Oxfam.

Oxfam, like several other charities, has been accused of being a front for the UK security service MI6.

“In the early 1970s, the Tamil Tigers began establishing training camps and secret arms caches under the cover of a chain of Refugee and Rehabilitation Farms of the Gandhian Society.

“Funds for the farms came from Oxfam, one of the most powerful and secretive British intelligence organizations acting under non-governmental organization cover…

“John Glover, a British feature writer, wrote to the Western Mail in Wales about the ongoing and future training programs for Tamil youth by British mercenaries.

“A band of mercenary soldiers recruited in South Wales is training a Tamil army to fight for a separate state in Sri Lanka. About 20 mercenaries were signed up after a meeting in Cardiff and have spent the last two months in southern India preparing a secret army to fight the majority Sinhalas, in the cause of a separate Tamil state in Sri Lanka,” he said…

Some of the above article is dubiously sourced, so I tried to pull the info from it that could be independently verified. (For instance, he claims that Worldvision might be a CIA front as well. And while I’m open to examining that claim in fuller detail, that’s beyond the scope of this already gigantic article. I’m sure some enterprising #Anonscan pick up the banner and produce some stellar digs along those lines!)

But yes, now we can see a direct link between Save the Children and Oxfam – which, remember, was implicated in a major sexual abuse scandal:

And the International Rescue Committee (IRC) shouldn’t be ignored in all of this!

The President of IRC is David Miliband. He is a former Secretary of the United Kingdom and was the policy adviser to British Prime Minister Tony Blair from 1994-2001. Remember Hillary Clinton launched the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children in 1999 with Tony Blair’s wife – Cherie Blair. In reference to Miliband – “His accomplishments have earned him a reputation, in former President Bill Clinton’s words, as “one of the ablest, most creative public servants of our time,” and as an effective and passionate advocate for the world’s uprooted and poor people,” states the IRC website – https://www.rescue.org/david-miliband. David is a close associate of the Clinton’s and John Podesta and is quoted by CAP as saying, “I’ve known John Podesta for many years, and have no doubt that he will bring as much insight to the global ocean as he does to issues such as security, foreign policy, and the economy.”

The author of the article goes on to cite this Forbes piece, wherein it was reported-

The night’s headline honoree was yet another accomplished former refugee, hedge fund billionaire George Soros, who escaped from Hungary in 1946. He was lauded by Bill Clinton (“It’s hard to think of any citizen of the world who would have done more to deserve the award,” the former president said), his son Jonathan and United Nations Ambassador Samantha Power. “My first introduction to George was indirect,” Power said. “I met [the late humanitarian] Fred Cuny and heard him describe how he and his patron George Soros were going to single-handedly break the siege of Sarajevo. Humble guys, I thought, modest in ambition. Little did I know.”

The founder of Women for Women is an Iraqi woman named Zainab Salbi whose father used to be Saddam Hussein’s personal pilot.

Women for Women works with women throughout the Middle East, Africa, and in war torn regions.

And she used to have a major connection to Kate Spade, wherein Bosnian women would be used to manufacture some of Spade’s products:

You’ll recall from his previous biography, Gambino’s specific role at InterAction was that of Public Policy Director for the NGO.

Did you know that Soros’ Open Society sued the US government to get BILLIONS budgeted for a select few NGO’s, in order to provide “AIDS relief” for these same third world nations – and that the case made it all the way to the Supreme Court back in 2003?

Don’t skip over this, because I want you to understand the question underlying the case – listed here in the middle – and then look at how the Justices voted.

Does a requirement that non-governmental organizations institute an explicit anti-prostitution policy in order to receive federal funding violate the First Amendment?

Unbelieveable, right? As a result of this case, BILLIONS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS went to Soros’ Open Society, and InterAction.

Scalia, once again, had the correct opinion here. It’s just too bad that the deck had been stacked against him through decades of political blackmail and manipulation.

But to bounce back to Women for Women for a moment, I thought this was notable as well:

Previously, Sheryl Sandburg, of recent Facebook/Cambridge Analytica infamy, was a board member for Women for Women, and was listed in the company’s annual 990 filings.

(Salbi also took for herself a “comfortable,” six-figure salary out of the non-profit’s coffers – at least, according to this 2010 report):

Are you starting to pick up on patterns here? You have NGOs implicated in sexual abuse scandals, often dealing directly with women and children in war torn areas, with a lot of the usual suspects popping up across multiple organizations.

But back to Zora, Marsoor’s wife.

So, from SGI, to Apple, to Google, to the State Department, to NGOs, including, once again… USAID – who, remember, has already been implicated in scandal.
