It’s a fair question.

Mueller’s report has been delivered with a statement that no new indictments are coming.

Remember, he tried to force Jerome Corsi to lie in order to avoid prosecution. Corsi refused.  Mueller backed off.

The state always has the power to be a five-alarm prick.  That’s inherent in being a state.  Constitutions exist, where they exist, to prevent exactly what Mueller attempted to do in that case, and, it appears, in others — including with President Trump.

The Left has announced already, having not yet seen the report, that it won’t accept it as written — that there is no criminal conduct for which someone can be charged beyond what has already been prosecuted.

May I remind you that of those charged thus far exactly zero of them were charged for a crime related to the substance of Mueller’s appointment: The President allegedly colluding with the Russians to steal the election.

Now that’s not to say that the crimes that were charged and prosecuted (and, in some cases, already have guilty pleas or convictions) didn’t happen.  The justice system says they did, either by conviction or admission.  Both count.

But — targeting someone for political purposes through the peddling of lies to obtain search warrants and, ultimately, charge someone with a violation of the law is exactly what totalitarian governments do.  That’s not just illegal in the United States it’s cause for issuing the Declaration of Independence once again.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.  – Like prosecution of perjury by government agents before a FISA judge.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance. — Like, for instance, issuing false affidavits and then threatening people with imprisonment unless they lie to suit his purposes (e.g. Jerome Corsi)?

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, — like, for instance, importing people who have no intent to assimilate, refusing to deport criminal aliens and forcing the release of those who have been previously deported yet return, a criminal act, and then go on to commit rape, robbery and murder?

Exactly how many articles from The Declaration do you need to cross the threshold?

Is this what the American Left is openly inviting?

I get it — the left remains furious that their candidate lost.  And?  There’s plenty of people who had nasty things to say when Obama won too.  So what?

The fact is — Hillary lost.  She should have lost.  She should have been indicted, for her crimes are far greater than any perpetrated by anyone Mueller has chased and sent to prison.  The evidence is quite clear that Hillary Clinton’s purpose in using her “home” email server was to further her own interests in selling to foreign governments and nationals access to the United States government and her policy sway within.  She put the server there so the ordinary process of government, including FOIAs, wouldn’t archive and discover what she was doing. That’s ridiculously corrupt and yet before the evidence of all of this could be presented to any trier of fact she was permitted to destroy said evidence and the decision was pre-decided that irrespective of the facts she would not be charged.

That is exactly identical to the sort of “protective umbra” that the King and his Men extended in the Colonies and led to the Revolutionary War!  If you or I pulled any of that sort of crap we’d be rotting in prison right now.

There is in fact plenty of evidence that officials in the FBI were the ones who interfered in an American Presidential election.

If that proves up and is not punished it’s well beyond the boundaries of the insults from the British Crown that led to the American Revolution.

Russians spent $4,700 on Google ads before the 2016 election.  May I ask how much did the United States spend to interfere in the Ukraine and their election?  Millions.  Number of people who have gone to prison for doing that?  Zero.

Never mind that ads are quite-clearly speech and we allegedly have a Constitution protecting the freedom thereof — at least in theory.

When the Democrats lost the election they then decided to commit to spending $30 milllion of taxpayer’s dollars looking for something they knew didn’t exist.  They knew it didn’t exist because they invented it out of whole cloth as part of a campaign strategy intended to win the White House and when that failed they tried to turn a document full of knowing lies into a weapon and use it to destroy the results of an election through an armed branch of the United States Government.

That’s sedition as defined by law; the FBI and DOJ agents walk around with guns and the legal definition of sedition is to conspire to overthrow by force the Government of the United States.  If you can be tossed in prison or shot for refusing to cooperate with an “investigation” spawned from a knowingly false “dossier” ginned up as a campaign tactic the fact that you can imprisoned or shot and the cause under which is leveled against you is intentionally fraudulent that constitutes force and the fraud constitutes an attempted overthrow of the Government.

Does the left in this country really believe, at an individual level, in any of this crap to a sufficient degree that they’re willing to murder half the nation and destroy the legitimacy of The United States Government, it’s funding sources and all of the programs the left loves within it?

Because that’s what they’re talking about, when you get down to it.  If it all goes to Hell all of the left’s beloved “free stuff” disappears overnight right along with the rest of it.

If the ends justify the means then there is no limit to the means.

None.

Fraud is acceptable.

Murder is acceptable.

Inciting civil war is acceptable.

Really folks?  This is what our nation has come to?

I ask the average Democrat: Is this what you want?  Is this what you support?  Are you going to back up your bluster and bull**** with a rifle and your own life?  Are you standing on the porch right now with it in your hand, locked and loaded, looking to see if your neighbors are out there too?  Do you even know how to use one?  For how long will it all be ok when the “Red People” you hate so much decide not to deliver gasoline or food to the stores in your nice, big Blue city?  Could you slaughter and cook a pigeon if there was no chicken in said store — and are there enough of them to feed you all?  Or is this all theater and bull**** because you hate one man and anyone who works for him?  You’ll chase his Press Secretary out of a restaurant with both insult and assault but you expect ordinary Americans to sit around while you demonstrate that you’re willing to threaten to toss in prison or shoot anyone who disagrees with you or beats you in an election — and after that election loss, when you then fail a second time after spending $30 million to get what you want, including using a fraud and perjury-laced “process” even that isn’t enough.
