The House Judiciary Committee has voted to hold Attorney General William Barr in contempt of Congress for failing to produce the full, unredacted Robert Mueller Russia report.

Unsurprisingly it was a party-line vote, 24-16.

He released a 400-page redacted version that covered th3 92% he was legally allowed to release.  The rest was reportedly legally forbidden.

However, that wasn’t enough for House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY), who insisted they needed all or nothing.

Meanwhile, Republicans were outraged that their colleagues were trying to force Barr to break the law or obstruct Barr’s investigation into the root cause of the Mueller report.

President Trump responded to Nadler’s demands by invoking executive privilege.
