Gulen-FETO Network Exposed: The Only Independent Source on All Things Gulen in One Place
In the past few weeks I’ve been receiving hundreds, if not thousands, of inquiries from all over the world asking me why I am not a participant in the recent State-Commissioned documentary on Fethullah Gulen and his network by TRT-World. It is understandable. After all, I was the first (and only) person to expose Gulen and his CIA network to the world nearly two decades ago- despite the repeated invocation of the State Secrets Privilege Act and various gag orders.
Producing documentaries is one of the most powerful means of delivering information, exposing truths, and raising awareness of issues. It is an art. But this same powerful tool can also be used as means to deliver misinformation, distort realities and facts, and further agendas not in-line with those of the general public.
Let me give you an example. I have been promoting and supporting Director Mark Hall’s amazing exposé on Gulen’s Charter Schools and networks in the United States in the form of a solid independent documentary- Killing Ed. But before I began to do this, I did my homework: I extensively researched him, his sources and his funding. I spoke with him on the phone- many times. I met with him- in person. I admire him and his work tremendously.
On the other hand, after communicating with some of the people involved in this so-called new exposé on Gulen by TRT-World, making inquiries about the funding-research-sources and the final script, I decided that I did not want to have anything to do with this questionable project, and declined to participate in its making in any way or any form.
Let me put it this way- the Gulen case, a case I exposed to the world, and stuck my neck out by informing the public of its enormous implications, means a lot to me- so is ensuring the credibility and legitimacy of any information pertaining to it. I would neither participate in misleading the public, or delegitimize all the good work that has been done on it, nor destroy my own credibility and authority on the case. The fact that the product, made by a $1 Billion+ budgeted network has garnered less than 5000 views in two months on public forums speaks volumes and makes my case. Enough said.
During the past 17 years I have written dozens of reports, analyses and articles on the Gulen-FETO network and cases. I have given hundreds of audio and video interviews on the Gulen case. I have produced dozens of podcasts and videos on the FETO Network. I can see they are all over the place. Some are on my news site- Newsbud. Some are on other news sites and information portals. Some are still available on the internet. Others have disappeared altogether. With that I have decided to prepare this post at Newsbud as a comprehensive portal with dozens of links to articles and videos pertaining to my Gulen exposé in one place.
This way those of you who have not been following the case, or my work, can visit this portal and get needed information and sources to familiarize yourself with all things Gulen-FETO.
