If you will not defend children from permanent harm to their body by demonstrably-insane people then you do not deserve to be “free” — in any way, shape or form.  You deserve to be hit by an asteroid, sucked up by a tornado, run over by a car, bus or train, and the nation you infest deserves extinction.

A Texas dad’s desperate battle to keep his 7-year-old son from undergoing a gender transition championed by the boy’s mother has captured the attention of conservatives nationwide – including the Lone Star State’s governor, who announced a review of the case by top officials, even as all involved await a pivotal court ruling Thursday that could alter the boy’s life forever.

Anyone who is (1) an adult and (2) has their own funds to pay all the costs involved, both now and into the future, and who is fully informed as to the risks, benefits and facts — including that some or all of what they intend to do is irreversible and the effects of same, even if just be drug may be permanent and include an elevated risk of severe or even fatal side effects, and who decide to go forward despite that set of disclosures is perfectly within their rights to do so.

Imposing such a set of choices, which have no medical necessity upon a child, who without being sexually abused has no sense of sexuality at this point in their development is not only wrong it’s well into the realm of criminal insanity.

Further, any so-called “pediatrician” who is licensed by a state to practice medicine on children and who participates in any sort of nonsense like this must be not only stripped of their credentials but thrown in prison FOREVER.

These sorts of drugs are not approved for this kind of purpose.  They are dangerous; the first-line purpose that drove their development was cancer and similar diseases where the risk of doing nothing is, of course, worse than the risks associated with the drugs.  Beyond the psychological risks, which are not well understood and the fact that the vast majority of young people who express such fantasy-based ideations stop having them as they grow older, as such ideations are normal in children and do not, with any degree of reliability, indicate any permanent circumstance when it comes to so-called “identity” there is the fact that the physical risks and changes these drugs bring about always include some permanent component and the side effects include the risk of severe harm or even death.

I do not care what a consenting adult chooses to do so long as said consenting adult does not demand other people pay for their elective choices.  This goes all the way up to and includes choices that can lead to severe personal harm or even death.  Yes, if you’re a consenting, sane adult and decide to kill yourself I believe you have the absolute right to do it.  If you wish to chemically castrate yourself as an adult, to cut off this or add that via surgical intervention, to take hormones for the explicit purpose of suppressing secondary sexual characteristics or enhancing others — or whatever else — so long as you are an adult and paying for it out of your own pocket, including the cost of any adverse outcomes, have at it.

It is my personal opinion that the odds of you finding “happiness” this way approach zero, that you’re delusional in that it is physically impossible to change one’s “gender” (really: your sex) and that you’re unhappy with the draw you got in which sperm and egg combined to make you is one of those things that’s just tough crap and there is zero you can do to change that irrespective of your efforts or money, whether yours or someone else’s.  Further, permanent changes, given these facts, have a high probability of being regretted — but that decision is yours as are the consequences.

But if you impose any of that on a child there is no Constitutional punishment available that is harsh enough or sets a firm enough example to be sufficient, and if a society allows this crap without declaring it not only outlawed but severely punishing all who practice and are involved in same said society deserves to be destroyed right here and now exactly as does any “society” that allows adults to cut off the clitoris of a young girl for utterly no medical reason whatsoever.
