Republicans have added House Rep. Jim Jordan to the Intelligence Committee. Although Nunes is the senior Republican, look for the congressman from Ohio to act as an especially fierce attacker of the witnesses’ credibility and the Democrats’ case for impeachment. At its heart, the GOP argument is that the impeachment effort is unfair and sparked because “unelected and anonymous bureaucrats disagreed” with Trump’s decisions on Ukraine. Some Republicans have urged the outing of the whistleblower.

Adam Schiff got his impeachment sham hearings off to a rousing start today by doing his level best to shut down due process from the Republican side of the aisle. It is beyond obvious to anyone watching that the only point to this kangaroo court is to find something, anything, with which they can ‘stop Trump!’ from winning in 2020. History will not be kind to the Democratic Party, and this pathetic mockery of our judicial system.

He has the huge, bug-eyed look of someone who looks like he would be more at home in the Reichstag than in the Congress of the United States. The Democrats lied about the Russian Dossier, they lied about Russian Collusion, the lied about the Mueller Report and now, they are lying about Ukraine and covering for Joe and Hunter Biden. How does this end? It doesn’t. If they fail to impeachment President Trump, they will immediately move to the next made up hoax that they will attempt to smear him with. If Trump wins in 2020, expect 4 more years of endless lies from Adam Schiff the Democrats. Also, expect at some point the attempted assassination of the president which is what they will do when they have exhausted all other avenues.

America is crumbling because America has finally come under the judgment of God.

FROM THE AP: House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff opened the first hearings Wednesday into Trump’s pressure on Ukraine to investigate Democratic rival Joe Biden’s family.

“Must we simply ‘get over it?’” Adam Schiff asked in the hearing’s first moments.

Other big questions loom, including how strongly officials connected what Trump called that “favor” to U.S. military aid for Ukraine. Impeachable offenses? Worthy of Trump’s removal? And, critically, will a parade of diplomats and their accounts nudge more Americans behind formally charging Trump in the shadow of the 2020 elections?
