How low will Democrats go?

from Fellowship Of The Minds:

It should be common knowledge by now that the Democrats have control of California,  People should understand that they do not plan on losing that control.  So they spend most of their time creating an environment that secures their needs while ignoring the needs of Californians.

In the past I have mentioned 2 ways the Democrats have “tweaked” election related laws/rules in California.  One was a change in Ballot harvesting which allowed   persons other than family members to collect and submit ballots.  The second changed how they verified votes that came in the mail after the polls have closed.

These changes only made it easier for people to commit voter fraud.   They had to have known this.  The only logical explanation is they did this because they were planning to exploit the new weaknesses they had just created, by making those two changes. Because of these changes, no election result  in California  should trusted.

Fast forward to today. While reading my mail I made a discovery.   It seems that the democrats have another trick up their sleeve.  This one being so shady that it cannot possibly be legal.

California Presidential Primary election is on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.  In the image is page 7 from the Official Voter Information Guide.  (The Guide is  what the state of California mails out to Californians).  At the top of the page  you will see in bold letters “How to vote for President”.  Below that it reads “Registered to vote as No Party Preference?”.   The next paragraph is problem.

“As a voter registered with No Party Preference, if you want to vote for U.S. President, you must request a primary ballot with presidential candidates from one of the following parties:”

  • American Independent Party

  • Democratic Party

  • Libertarian Party

CAELEC

Where it says “you must” is the problem.  Must can be defined as to be obliged to, have to, need to, required to, etc. It’s pretty obvious that this statement is telling people  registered with no party preference that they can only vote for one of those 3 choices.  This is a complete lie.  This state government lying to voters.   They are intentionally misleading voters.  It’s the same at the Secretary of States office.  Here is a link to view their version(same as this).  Click here

This is the same document that the media and various websites are promoting in California.  This is a huge problem.

California has almost 5,700,000 voters registered as No Party Preference.  That’s because of the states push to get people to register to vote.  Now we see why.  The get them signed up then lie to them by telling them they have only three choices.  Notice that Trump isn’t included in those choices.  Notice the Republican party is not one of those three choices.

The truth is that those are not their only choices.  They can vote for Trump.  They just need to register as a republican to vote for him in the primaries.  That’s just for the primaries.    For the general election, they can stay registered as no party preference.  So you see, telling people that if they want to vote for president, “they must” pick one of the three is a complete lie.

At the bottom of the page you will see where they clean it up by saying that you have to register with one of the other parties if you want to vote for their candidate.  They conveniently left out the deadline date which is,  February 18, 2020.

I’ve also provided a page from a county voter guide.  You will notice that they changed the word “must” to “can”.  Plus they included the deadline.

It does not matter what it says about registering with another party at the lower part of the page.  The top where it says “must” has the biggest impact on people.  They intentionally lied.  The local media is promoting that lie. The damage is done.
