Biological contagion continues to spread, over 1 billion people in China under strict quarantine orders

HUBAI PROVENCE, China (INTELLIHUB) — Yichang city officials declared martial law on Monday and have ordered a strict quarantine of the entire city and all its residents as the COVID-19 bio-contagion continues to spread throughout the land.
