This is a video from 2011 when Joe Biden was Obama’s vice president.

One of the roles of the Vice President of the United States is to preside over the U.S. Senate, including swearing in new senators.

Watch how Biden zeroes in on the 6-year-old daughter of Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), but ignores her son entirely.

Biden repeatedly paws and strokes the girl.

The most disturbing segment begins at the 3:19 mark in the video as Biden pulls the girl’s face to his crotch. Clearly uncomfortable, the girl pulls away and turns to her father. But there’s no escape because Biden then closes the gap by moving his body right next to the father-and-daughter.
