The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and allied oil producers, led by Russia, have agreed to prolong record oil production cuts until the end of July, Aleksandr Novak, Russia’s Energy minister, confirmed.
“OPCE+ have decided to maintain oil production cuts of 9.7 million barrels per day for July,” Novak announced, adding that the terms of the earlier deal remained unchanged.
