President Trump recently said that if he had not fired John Bolton as his National Security Adviser, “We’d be in World War Six by now.” It is now clear to the world that Bolton, unable to launch World War VI, or even World War III, under President Donald Trump, is joining his British intelligence friends, and even the radical anarchists on the streets of Seattle and other U.S. and European cities, to remove Trump from office. His method is to create maximum “chaos and confusion” in the nation, with the intention that at least one of the suggested means for Trump’s demise identified in the Jan. 21, 2017 issue of London’s The Spectator will become manifest: “Will Donald Trump Be Assassinated, Ousted in a Coup or Just Impeached?”

The greatest irony is that Bolton has long been castigated (correctly) by the liberal establishment as one of the most rabid war-mongering neo-cons in modern history, and yet today that liberal establishment is gushing with praise for his supposed courage and truth-telling, complaining only that he should have joined the Democrats’ impeachment efforts last year. In fact, the New York Times concludes its pre-publication today of quotes from Bolton’s book: “Had the House not focused solely on the Ukraine aspects of Trump’s confusion of his personal interests, there might have been a greater chance to persuade others that ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ had been perpetrated.”

Bolton is joining a motley crew indeed in “phase three” of the effort to bring down the President of the United States: Besides the Obama Democrats and the Obama intelligence team that ran the treasonous “Russiagate” hoax on behalf of MI6 and the impeachment farce over Ukraine, you now also have the retired generals, those placed in power by Bush and Obama to run the genocidal “regime change” wars in the Middle East (Mattis, Allen, Powell, et al.), falsely accusing the President of threatening to deploy the military against “the people.” Then there is Black Lives Matter, the “grass roots” movement with $400+ million of funding from Soros, the Ford Foundation and other Wall Street sources, with full backing from the mainstream media, who intend to turn popular anger over the economic collapse, the lockdown and police brutality into a “Trump is a racist” meme.

Trump has not capitulated. He responded to the lies from the war-generals by addressing the West Point graduating class, telling them “the age of endless wars is over,” and that the U.S. will no longer play the “policeman of the world.” To Bolton’s book, he responded today in his typically understated manner: “Wacko John Bolton’s exceedingly tedious (New York Times) book is made up of lies & fake stories. Said all good about me, in print, until the day I fired him. A disgruntled boring fool who only wanted to go to war. Never had a clue, was ostracized & happily dumped. What a dope!”

To the Seattle anarchists occupying a section of the city, with the liberal mayor’s sponsorship, Trump warned the officials that they must clean up this insurrection themselves, now, or he will use the power of the Presidency to restore the law and social order.

And yet this chaos is diverting the nation’s attention from the real crisis: Fifty years of de-industrialization, austerity policies destroying our public health capacities, financial policies which bail out speculative banks rather than building the economy; and endless wars. This process has destroyed the trans-Atlantic nations and left the developing sector in abject poverty. South America and Africa are facing a true holocaust, as the pandemic, the collapse of the food chain, and the locust plague threaten millions of lives in the immediate months ahead, if emergency measures are not implemented immediately. On June 17 China jointly chaired a China-Africa summit to address the COVID-19 crisis, together with the African Union and the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. China has ensured the supply of 30 million testing kits, 10,000 ventilators and 80 million masks each month for Africa, and is continuing its pledge to build 100 hospitals and clinics across Africa, launched in 2015. Why has the U.S. not joined with China to meet this existential threat to the human race, rather than tolerating the McCarthyite demonization of China as the enemy?
