Generally speaking, liberals and leftists perform much better when Repugnican is prez, and Repugnican prezzies tend to have an interesting effect on the right as well by separating the actual anti-systemists (for example, the “unpatriotic conservatives” of the Dubya years or today’s “boogaloos”) from what Lew Rockwell calls the “red state fascists” (the “USA! USA!” types).
