As we await the FOMC Fedlines at 2:00 pm ET today, here’s a little something to help you kill the time. I just learned of Winston Gold a few days ago but I was thrilled to have the opportunity to meet with Joe Carrabba, their Executive Chairman and I think you’re going to find this quite interesting.

Over the course of this call, Joe and I hit several key points:

1. I’d be crazy to not ask him about the current markets for gold and the mining shares…so that’s where we begin.


2. Where Winston Gold is located, the history of the jurisdiction and the team they’ve assembled.


3. Their plan to begin production as soon as next month with an initial first year goal of 30,000 ounces. That may not sound like much but when you consider that the company only carries a $35MM market cap….
