After 10 years of devastation and instability wrought by western powers waging a brutal proxy war on Syria, one the region’s historic and cultural jewels, Aleppo, has been quietly rebuilding and restoring itself in the hopes of rivaling its former glory.

This new video report from Aleppo shows a new housing district where schools and kindergartens is being built, and also its refurbished football which has since restarted league matches – following a four year terrorist occupation and nine year siege by terrorists forces surrounding the city. This is perhaps the most incredible comeback story of this long war. Watch:
