Federal Elections Commission Refuses to Protect Media’s 1st Amendment Rights
In a country that has decided 1st Amendment protections, one would think that every government agency would be dedicated to preserving freedom of speech. Unfortunately, they are not. In fact, the Federal Elections Commission is refusing to honor and demand 1st amendment for talk show hosts in the Independent media. Is this the first move towards outright censorship?
