Arizona Senatorial candidate, Kyrsten Sinema was the beneficiary of KTAR breaking American electioneering laws. Prior to the election, KTAR Radio, 92.3 FM, Arizona’ largest news talk station, allowed information to be transmitted over it airwaves that Senatorial Candidate Kyrsten Sinema was leading Republican Martha McSally in the early voting and this was prior to the closing of the polls.
